Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipping Zones
WATA ships to all European Union countries, as well as to the United Kingdom and the United States.
2. Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available on orders of €200 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and address.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and are displayed during the checkout process before order confirmation.
Times shown are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond WATA's control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays or peak demand periods.
WATA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure circumstances.
4. Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed on the next business days following payment confirmation. Once dispatched, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the delivery in real time.
5. Receiving Your Order
Upon receipt, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging before signing the delivery note. If the packaging is damaged, please record the issue with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately at info@watatowels.com.
6. Right of Return
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order, without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
To initiate a return, send an email to info@watatowels.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our team will reply with shipping instructions.
Items must be returned:
- In their original condition, unworn and unwashed
- With all labels intact
- In the original packaging where possible
Returns will not be accepted for items showing clear signs of use, washing or damage caused by the customer.
Return shipping is free of charge.
7. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
The refund covers the value of the returned products. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.
8. Defective Items or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective item or one that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@watatowels.com, with photographs of the item and the identified defect. In these cases, WATA will cover return shipping costs and will arrange a replacement or full refund, according to the customer's preference.
